This is the Fortin INT-SLPL Immobilizer Bypass Module.

The INT-SLPL is a long-standing installer favourite, because for roughly the price of a basic transponder bypass you also get a full door lock interface. That means one module handles both the immobilizer and the lock and unlock signals your remote starter needs, instead of two parts and twice the wiring.

It covers GM and Chrysler platforms including Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Hummer, Jeep, Oldsmobile, Plymouth, Pontiac, Saturn and select Hyundai models.
