A no-wiring repeller for vehicles in storage. Six AAA batteries (included) run it for about a year. It pulses variable ultrasound, flashes a blue light at dusk and overnight, and a vibration sensor switches it off when the engine starts.

What to expect

Once a minute it sends about 5 seconds of sound, shifting between roughly 12 and 24 kHz. Some people can hear the lower tones. Rodents can get used to sound on its own, so treat it as an extra layer alongside capsaicin rodent tape, not as your only protection. For a battery-powered unit with shock plates, see the LDS M229.

Good to know

It's splash-proof (IP44), not waterproof, so keep it out of direct spray and dry it off if it gets soaked. Battery life drops in cold weather. If you hear a steady, continuous tone, the batteries are running low and need replacing.
