This is the Author IGLA Anti-Theft System.
IGLA is a highly effective, compact digital anti-theft immobilizer that prevents car theft by blocking the engine via the vehicle's standard CAN/LIN bus wiring. It requires a unique PIN code—entered using existing steering wheel or dashboard buttons—to start the vehicle, protecting against key cloning, hacking, and relay attacks.
The Author IGLA automatically arms when you shut the vehicle down, meaning you are always protected, you can never forget to arm it.
Arming the Author IGLA is passive and automatic, simply shut your vehicle off, and the IGLA is armed.
Disarming can be done using multiple disarm methods, such as the included Bluetooth key fob, a secure pin-code entered through factory vehicle buttons, or, via the Bluetooth based smartphone app. MFA (multi factor authentication) is an available option, where-by you are required to disarm using 2 out of 3 available disarm methods.

The IGLA uses the buttons in your vehicle such as those on the steering wheel, door panels or centre console, to allow you to make a unique, changeable, disarm sequence (like a PIN code) that must first be entered before you can drive your car. Just like your credit card but you can make your car disarm sequence even safer by making it up to 20 presses long!
