This is the Fortin R-LINK 3 Programming Tool.

A required tool for installations using the Fortin EVO-X-ONE remote start control module. The EVO-X-ONE cannot be programmed to a vehicle without an R-LINK, so this isn't an optional accessory. Budget for it alongside the module.
