This is the Autoease TL-KICK foot kick sensor, an add-on for the Autoease TL105G3 power liftgate kit. Mounted under the rear bumper, it lets you open and close the liftgate with a kick under the bumper, which helps when your arms are full.

It isn't included with the Autoease kit. Add it to your order if you want hands-free opening. (The JINGLE kit comes with its own foot sensor.)
