This is the Fortin AR38 Immobilizer Antenna Ring.

A self-adhesive flexible transponder antenna ring with a 38mm inner diameter (1.5 in.).

What does an antenna ring do?

Some immobilizer bypass methods work by reading the chip in a spare key held inside a transponder box. For the vehicle to see that signal, an antenna has to sit around the ignition barrel, where the factory antenna normally reads your key. This is that antenna.

Measure before you order

These come in three fixed sizes and the ring has to fit the barrel. Measure first rather than guessing.

AR35 — 35mm (1-3/8 in.)
AR38 — 38mm (1.5 in.)
AR41 — 41mm (1-5/8 in.)
