⭕ This solution requires DECRYPTOR programming

DECRYPTOR is a two-stage programming process, and it exists for a good reason: it means you don't have to sacrifice one of your keys. On a modern vehicle a spare key can cost several hundred dollars, so this saves real money.

Completing it requires a Fortin FLASHLINK programming tool, which is not included. There is no alternative method. The FLASHLINK Mobile flashes over Bluetooth from your phone instead of a Windows PC.

Buying from us? This usually isn't a problem. We pre-program modules before they ship on most vehicles, so it arrives ready to install. Just tell us your year, make and model at checkout.

Expert Verdict (2026) - Why Buy?

The Fortin EVO-X-ONE-MAZ6 is our recommended remote starter for newer Mazda vehicles with push-button start, including the Mazda3, CX-30, CX-50, and CX-90. It works directly with your factory proximity key fob, so there's nothing extra to carry, and it's one of the few options that supports manual transmission Mazdas too. The installation is clean and specific to your vehicle, keeping your factory security fully intact. For owners of a current-generation Mazda, the EVO-X-ONE-MAZ6 is our go-to recommendation for reliable remote start.

This is the Fortin EVO-X-ONE-MAZ6 Plug and Play Remote Starter for Mazda vehicles.

Testimonials

  • Exceptionally Helpful

They were exceptionally helpful despite me going down the DIY route having never installed a remote starter before. There was no T harness kit available for my vehicle which led to a few questions which they thankfully were very helpful with. Mission remote start was successful and I'm super pleased.

  • Responsive, Easy to Use

Have been using Lockdown Security for years. Just ordered the fifth remote starter from them and installed myself. Their website is easy to use and intuitive. They are responsive and more than willing to answer questions for the DIY customers. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a remote starter.
