A replacement 2-way remote for compatible Compustar systems. If your original is lost, damaged or no longer working, this is the same transmitter — it pairs to the system already fitted to your vehicle, so nothing else needs to change.

Check it's the right one

The FCC ID is printed on the back of your old fob or inside the battery compartment. If it reads VA5RCD500-2WLR, this is your remote. It pairs with the ANT-2WDSS antenna module.

Programming

This fob needs pairing to your system before it will work. Most people manage it themselves using the guide linked on this page. If you'd rather not, bring the vehicle to our Markham shop and we'll do it.

Battery

This fob has a rechargeable battery rather than replaceable cells. If it stops holding a charge that's usually the end of its life — the cell isn't user-serviceable.
