The DRONE XC-EC1 is a waterproof exterior camera for your Firstech dash cam, recording full HD 1080p video from outside the vehicle. It's built for fleets and work vehicles — mount it on the back of a truck, a van, or the licence plate, and cover the angles a windshield camera can't see.

Ultra-wide 165° view

Up to 165° of coverage means one camera can watch the full width behind a truck or down the side of a cargo van.

IP67K waterproof casing

The IP67K rating means it's sealed against dust and high-pressure water jets, not just rain, so it survives exterior mounting, road spray and pressure washing. The camera is also built for low-light recording.

Flexible mounting

Mount it on the licence plate or elsewhere on the vehicle. The bracket adjusts both the vertical angle and the horizontal position, so you can aim it properly whatever you're mounting it to.

Compatibility

• DRONE XC2 (XC2-LTE) — uses one of the XC2's two extra camera inputs, so you can run it alongside an interior or rear camera
• DRONE XC (XC-LTE) — uses the XC's one extra camera input
• Firstech Momento M7 (MD-7205) and Momento M8 dash cams

Not compatible with the MD-HRN-R32-6200/7200 harness. If your system uses that harness, talk to us before ordering.
