This is a two wire door lock actuator.

If your vehicle has manual door locks, this converts them to power locks. It attaches to your existing lock hardware with a steel bar and does the pushing and pulling for you, driven by a central locking module, alarm or remote starter.

Two wire means it's a plain motor, driven positive one way to lock and the other way to unlock. That's all you need on a follower door. For a master door that needs to detect being locked by hand, you want a 5 wire actuator such as the KEETEC S 2705.

Adding locking to a whole vehicle from scratch? A complete 2 door or 4 door kit is simpler.
