This is the Suntech RLY-MREMSO mini relay with harness. A 12 volt, 10 amp, 5-pin SPDT (single pole, dual throw) mini relay, supplied with its socket and leads.

Mini relays are roughly half the size of a standard automotive relay, which matters when you're finding somewhere to mount it behind a dash that's already full. The 10 amp rating suits signalling and light accessory loads rather than motors.
