The iDatalink Maestro APX-S8-GM2 is an APX installation kit for fitting a Kenwood or JVC 8 inch Direct Replacement radio in 2019-2023 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks with the factory 8 inch screen. It mounts to the factory points, so the finished dash keeps its factory look.

What you'll also need

A compatible Kenwood or JVC 8 inch APX radio such as the Kenwood DAX8000S, Kenwood DAX800XR or JVC KW-Z800AW, the iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 module, and the ACC-HU-KEN1 head unit adapter, each sold separately. The JVC KS-UA50 monitor extension cable is also required.

Good to know

Retains OnStar and Bluetooth hands-free, steering wheel controls, the backup camera with dynamic guidelines and park assist chimes, factory USB ports, climate display and vehicle settings. Trucks with the motorized screen bezel need the APX-S8-GM3 instead.
