This is the Suntech RH-202 double relay harness.

A pre-wired socket for two relays rather than one, which is exactly what a door lock circuit needs: one relay to lock, one to unlock. It comes wired for either positive or negative trigger, and plugs directly into many alarm systems without adapting anything.
