Directed 8613 12V Ball Bearing Tilt Sensor

This is the Directed 8613 Ball Bearing Tilt Switch.

The Directed 8613 Ball Bearing Tilt Switch is a product designed to detect and trigger when tilted. It uses an internal roller ball bearing to detect tilt, when tilted towards the built in contact switch the ball bearing completes the circuit and the trigger is output. 

Does not contain Mercury like our Mercury tilt switch, which can be an important consideration as many jurisdictions prohibit Mercury from being used (due to environmental concerns).
