The ZZ-2 ITZ-NTG35-A adds wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to the COMAND screen in the 2010-2013 Mercedes-Benz S-Class and CL. You keep the COMAND controller and steering wheel controls.

Check your radio first

Your car must have COMAND NTG3.5, the system in the 2010 and later facelift S-Class and CL, with built-in Bluetooth phone and hard-drive navigation. It must also have a factory AUX input. 2007-2009 cars have NTG3 and need the ZZ-2 ITZ-NTG3-A instead. See how to tell the NTG3.5 apart in our radio guide.

Installation

It plugs in behind the screen or radio with the included harness. We install it at our Markham shop: CarPlay installation is $350.

• A factory AUX input is required. Without it, this kit will not work.
