This is InstallBay LY-CAGLUE cyanoacrylate adhesive with INSTAC accelerator.

Gap filling instant glue, supplied with an accelerator spray. The accelerator is what makes it worth buying as a set: spray it and the glue cures on contact rather than making you hold two parts together under a dash for a minute.

The gap filling formulation also matters. Standard superglue needs surfaces that mate perfectly; this one copes with the imperfect fits you actually get in a vehicle.
