This is Tesa 51036 PET cloth wire harness tape, for exterior and engine bay use. Price is per roll.

PET cloth backing with Tesa's advanced acrylic adhesive. What matters here is heat and abrasion: this is the tape for looms in the engine bay, where interior tape would soften and let go.

Flag resistant means the tail doesn't lift and peel back on itself, which is the usual failure on cheap tape in a hot engine bay.
