Energywell's own sheet quotes 49 hours for the P7D using a slightly gentler draw; we publish the more conservative figure so it lines up with the rest of our range.

Most runtime numbers in this category are quoted single-channel only, which is why a front-and-rear camera so often disappoints against the box.

Why LiFePO4 matters here

This is a lithium iron phosphate pack, not standard lithium-ion. That's the right chemistry for a battery that gets discharged and recharged every single day: LiFePO4 handles daily cycling for roughly five years of that duty, and it tolerates the heat of a car sitting in a summer parking lot far better than conventional lithium.

Small enough to actually hide

At 15.7 x 9.15 x 4.75 cm and 0.9 kg, the P7D tucks under a seat, into a trunk cubby or behind a panel without eating usable space. Capacity is the number everyone advertises; where the pack physically goes is the part you live with. This one fits vehicles that larger packs don't.

Cold weather, honestly

The P7D discharges down to -10°C and charges between 0°C and 45°C. Below freezing the pack protects its cells by pausing charging until it warms with the vehicle interior, and in deep cold you'll see shorter runtime than the rated figures. That's true of every lithium pack on the market; we'd rather tell you than have you find out in January. Mounting location makes a real difference, and it's something we account for when we install.
