This is the HE-4004 polarity reversing door lock interface.

Converts a door lock pulse from negative to positive, for vehicles with a 3-wire positive trigger door lock system. Most aftermarket remote starters and alarms output negative, so where the vehicle expects positive this is what bridges the gap.
