KLON is a two-stage programming process, and it exists for a good reason: it means you don't have to sacrifice one of your keys. On a modern vehicle a spare key can cost several hundred dollars, so this saves real money.

Completing it requires a iDatalink ADS-USB programming tool, which is not included. There is no alternative method. The ADS-USB-ECO is a lower-cost option that does the same job.
