This is the labour to install a ClearVU backup camera cleaner kit, at our Markham shop.
What it costs and how long it takes
-
Flat rate for the labour
-
1.5 hours booked for your vehicle
-
Same day, by appointment, so your vehicle goes straight onto a bay
- Backed by our lifetime installation warranty
What's included
- Teeing the kit into your washer line with its T-fitting and check valve, so it uses the washer pump and fluid you already have
- Running the hose to the camera, clipped and protected along the way
- Mounting the nozzle beside the camera the way your kit is made to go in, through one small hole drilled with the kit's template or with its adhesive
- Aiming the spray at the lens, then testing it until the picture clears
- Checking every joint for leaks before your vehicle leaves
Which kit do I need?
Each ClearVU kit is made for the camera on a vehicle. Use Find your kit to see the one for your year, make and model, or text us and we'll tell you.
Bringing your own equipment?
Contact us before you book. Whether we can fit a kit you bought elsewhere depends on the product and your vehicle, so we decide case by case.
Booking
Add this to your order with the kit and we'll contact you after checkout to arrange a time. You don't need to call ahead. If you'd rather book first, use our booking page.
One thing worth knowing
Use winter washer fluid. ClearVU rates the kits from −40°C to 49°C, and summer fluid can freeze in the hose. If your washer pump or lines are already damaged, we'll show you and quote the repair before doing any work.
