The ZZ-2 IT3-MMI3G-A8 adds wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to the factory MMI screen in the Audi A8 and S8 with MMI 3G. You use it with the car's factory controls.

Vehicles this fits

• Audi A8 and S8 2011-2017

Check your radio first

Your car must have Audi's 3G MMI system. Check the MMI version screen, or text or call us with your VIN before ordering. See how to tell the MMI 3G+ (A8) apart in our radio guide.

What it adds

• Wireless Apple CarPlay
• Wireless Android Auto
• Smartphone mirroring
• USB audio and video playback
• Front camera input
• Rear camera input
• Dynamic parking lines

Installation

It plugs in behind the screen or radio with the included harness. We install it at our Markham shop: CarPlay installation is $350.

Good to know

• ZZ-2 notes that the A8 needs a separate HVAC T-harness for this install. Ask us about it when you order.
