The LDS EW-CPAndroidBOX makes your wired Apple CarPlay wireless, adds wireless Android Auto, and runs Android apps like YouTube and Netflix on your factory screen for when you're parked. It plugs into the USB port you use for CarPlay, with nothing to install.

Check your car first
- Your car or aftermarket radio needs wired Apple CarPlay. Start the car and plug an iPhone in with its cable: if CarPlay opens, your car meets the main requirement. Only have an Android phone? Android Auto opening isn't enough: check that your car or radio lists wired Apple CarPlay, or text us at 647-439-4485 with your year, make and model. Not sure? Take the 10-second plug test.

Good to know
- Watch video only while you're parked. Ontario doesn't allow video on a screen the driver can see while driving.
- Netflix and other paid apps need your own account.
- Just want wireless CarPlay, without video? The LDS CA-16 costs much less. It adds wireless Android Auto only if your car already has wired Android Auto.
