The Accele USBRCHDMID is a 4 foot USB-C and HDMI extension cable with a panel mount end, for bringing the USB and HDMI ports of an aftermarket radio somewhere you can actually reach them.

One end carries the male connectors that plug into the back of the radio, including the micro HDMI-D plug most multimedia receivers use. The other end is a flush panel mount with full size female HDMI and female USB-C, so a phone or HDMI source connects without reaching behind the dash.
