This is the Directed DB3 Interface Module.

The DB3 is an all-in-one programmable immobilizer bypass and convenience interface, covering over 95% of vehicles on the road. It's what you reach for when integrating a remote starter from any of the major brands, Viper and Compustar included.

During a remote start it satisfies the vehicle's factory immobilizer so the engine will run without a key present, then hands control back when you get in and drive. Alongside that it handles door locks and the other convenience functions your remote starter needs from the vehicle's data network.

Programming required. The DB3 is flashed with an XKLOADER or DLOADER, sold separately. Tell us your vehicle's year, make and model at checkout and we'll program it before it ships.
