This is the HE-PSP7 telescopic pin switch.

A mechanical nylon pin switch with a telescopic shaft, so it adjusts to the gap rather than needing the gap to suit the switch. Useful where panel alignment varies, or where you can't get the switch body close enough for a fixed-length plunger to reach.

Supplied with a waterproof boot, which keeps water and road salt out of the switch body.
