This is the Mid City Engineering SKSNG204D4 remote starter for Mercedes-Benz.

This version is for push-button start vehicles with Keyless Go or Keyless Start. If your Mercedes uses a key you insert and turn, you want the SKSNG204D4T instead. Ordering the wrong one is an expensive mistake, so check before you buy. See the fitment table below for exact coverage.

What it does

• Starts from your factory key fob out of the box, using the panic button or a lock-unlock-lock sequence. No extra remote to carry.
• Automatically turns on the OEM heated seats, cooled seats and rear defroster based on outside temperature thresholds you set.
• Programmable from the steering wheel controls: run time, number of starts, temperature thresholds, light flashes, timer start.
• Works with Compustar DRONE and Directed SmartStart smartphone controllers and RF remotes for longer range.
• Two-way factory alarm notifications when paired with DRONE.
• Plug-and-play with the Compustar DAS shock and tilt sensor, and with the full Compustar CM7000 alarm.
• Integrates with the factory wiring rather than cutting into it, so your vehicle warranty stays intact.

About the EIS modification

This system needs the vehicle's Electronic Ignition Switch physically modified, and one of your keys permanently sacrificed.
