This is the Suntech DLA-CK2 door lock actuator kit for cable style door locks. Supplied with two actuators.

Some vehicles use a cable rather than a rigid rod to operate the door lock, and a standard actuator has nothing to push against. This kit is built for those, and it's the part you need when a normal actuator simply won't attach to anything.

If you're not sure which type your door has, take the panel off and look: a stiff metal rod means a standard actuator, a flexible cable means this one.
