On 27 October 2016, Nissan announced that the facelifted Qashqai J11 would be produced at the UK plant.[20] The facelifted Qashqai was unveiled at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. The facelift version only went on sale in the United States (as the Nissan Rogue Sport) beginning with the 2020 model year.
In Canada the 2017 - 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport is sold as the Nissan Qashqai, but in reality is known worldwide as the Nissan Rogue Sport (when ordering a power liftgate kit, you order a kit for the 2017 - 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport)
