This is the Omega AU-93 power window control module, for two windows.

Wire it to your remote starter or alarm's auxiliary output and your windows roll up when the vehicle locks or arms. Leave a window down, walk away, and the car sorts it out rather than you discovering the problem after it rains.

It's a security fix as much as a convenience one. An open window is the easiest way into a car, and no alarm helps if there's nothing to break.
